Prior to forming Cab Solutions, Mr. King worked for Fortress Investment Group in New York City where he was Chief Financial Officer of the Drawbridge Funds. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. King spent 5 years as Executive Vice President of The Brickman Group, the largest national provider of landscape services in the U.S. As E.V.P., Mr. King was responsible for Finance, Accounting and IT. In addition, as Divisional VP for the West, Mr. King was responsible for the integration and operations of Brickman's west coast acquisitions. When Mr. King left Brickman, the company's branch network had spread to approximately 125 locations throughout 26 states. Before joining the Brickman group, Mr. King spent 14 years with Goldman Sachs in New York City where he was a founding member of Goldman's structured finance group, a director of GS Mortgage Securities Corp. and a director of GS Mortgage Asset Management Corp. Mr. King received a B.S. in Business & Economics from Lehigh University. Mr. King remains on the Board of Advisors for the Drawbridge Funds, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Housing Foundation (a non-profit organization and official United Nations' partner focused on housing the world's working poor) and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Academy of the New Church.
Mr. McDonald was introduced to the elevator industry as a consultant to SnapCab™ by Bostock, a leading manufacturer of elevator interiors supplying elevator companies throughout the nation. After meeting with customers and suppliers in the industry, he saw the potential for what was later to become Cab Solutions. Prior to his consulting experience, McDonald spent 14 years with The Brickman Group, the largest national provider of landscape services in the U.S. In addition to various positions in both sales and management, McDonald had the opportunity to work closely with King as they helped transform Brickman from a regional player to a national leader. Together they worked on acquisitions and implemented best practices across Brickman's 125 branch offices. McDonald currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the General Church and as a member of the Bryn Athyn College Alumni Association.
